The employees who were regularised from daily wage earners have not yet been confirmed

Bhopal | The government is going to fill many posts through direct recruitment, after which more than half a dozen employees' organisations of the municipal corporation have mobilised and formed a united front, which is going on strike in the month of December for their demands. Organisation's office bearer Ashok Verma told that there has been no promotion in the corporation for a long time. The employees who were regularised from daily wage earners have not yet been confirmed.
Similarly, questions are also raised about the future of many 29-day employees for almost one and a half decade, while the corporation administration is not thinking about the regularisation of other employees like cleaning workers. This is the reason why all the organisations together have chalked out a three-day protest in December.
United Front President Anil Shravan said that in the interest of the employees, on December 5, all the employees will attend duties by tying black bands.
After this, on December 8, all the employees will stage a dharna and put their point before the corporation administration.
After this, if a proper solution is not found, then from December 12, the employees will leave all the work and go on an indefinite strike. This decision has been taken in the interest of the employees. Altaf Siddiqui, another office bearer of the organisation, said that the original employees have been discriminated against for a long time.
Even after many cadres are united, neither promotion is being given on time nor is any hearing being held. Against this, it has been decided to hold this demonstration.
